Everything went crazy when I Updated to the newest release… WHY?

Pretty disappointed in the plugin after I lost my page templates, custom fields and could not restore the previous look and feel of my site. Had to pay my hosting company to do a full restore. What’s up with the new plugin?

Sorry to hear about any issues you may have had with the update. We are constantly improving and working on making the update process as smooth and error free as possible. It’s hard to say exactly what the problem may have been. Is there something specific you needed help with?
