Events with taxonomy term integration

Hello,
Events Calendar Pro looks perfect for my project but I have a pre-buying question. Currently I have a custom taxonomy named ‘Artists’ where I insert bands that perform live, and I want it to be integrated with Events so I do not have to enter artists names manually for each concert (event). Basically while creating a new event, the plugin would get the terms list from the tax ‘artists’ database so I could choose. Is this possible?

Hey Michael,

Thanks for your interest. We don’t have exactly that feature built in- at least, not something that will pull the artist’s names from the database as you describe. However, I think our Additional Fields feature would work for your purpose. With Additional Fields, you can add various new fields to your event listings. They can have re-inputted options or be text fields. You can see a demo and details here. I’d be happy to answer any other questions you have.
