Events with duration that span months do not display in second month

When an event duration spans a month boundary, it does not display in the second month view. An example is an event that starts October 23 and runs until November 24. The month view shows the event from Oct 24 to Nov 4 (which is the last day the Oct page shows), then clicking on to November, the event is no longer visible. To see this, I have a dummy event in the live site names “Sales” at
http://www.galleriadallas.com/events/category/event/2017-10/?tribe_events_cat=event&tribe-bar-date=2017-10

Do I need to create events that only occur within a month? which means creating two event for an event that crosses a month boundary?

Thanks for taking your time to report this.

Unfortunately, that is a bug we are already aware of, which causes multi-day events to not display on the next month. We will address it in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report, so we will notify you once a fix is released.
