Events URL slug and Single event URL slug

If I change both my Events URL slug and Single event URL slug is that going to break all my page links?

If you have hardcoded your links on your site, then changing the way they’re structured may well break those old links. The codex article on Permalinks is a really good reference for all your questions regarding the finer points: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
