    I have Events Tickets Plus installed and EDD.

    Everything seems to work correctly until I try and view the ticket to print it. (I’m using the link sent in the email for testing purposes).

    When trying to view the ticket to print, it only shows me my posts archive, as my index.php does. I’ve traced the issue back to events-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/EDD/Main.php specifically the call to if ( ! $this->passed_token_validation( $_GET ) ) { on line 1056.

    It seems in my case at least, the tokens in the URLs don’t match. The token in my URL is 52c0ac1c7ddbb69868f7b88b7fa3b23d but the token generated by EDD’s edd_get_download_token() is c15b665cfa3113ea84645d53a897aef1.

    I’m not sure if this is an issue with EDD or Events Tickets Plus generating the tokens incorrectly in the email.

    Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Daryll,

    I believe we’ve got a bug currently logged similar to the issue you’re experiencing, so I’ve gone ahead and added this forum thread to the ticket. Stay tuned to your WP admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for a potential fix.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. We weren’t able to get a fix for it into our upcoming release (4.1). However, please know that the problem is still on our radar and is ticketed within our system to be addressed in a future maintenance release.     I just wanted to chime in and let you know that Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2 were just released and included a patch for this issue. Please update to the latest version when you have a chance and let us know if you continue to have any issues.
