I’m currently not receiving notifications when someone registers for my online class via Events Tickets Plus/The Events Calendar. I have this connected through WooCommerce. How do I make it so anytime someone signs up for one of my classes, I receive an email notification immediately regardless of the status of their payment?
You can change your settings under Events Settings < Tickets and scroll down to WooCommerce Support. From there, you can control when attendee records are generated, which should affect when you receive emails.
