Events Ticket Plus / Woocommerce Integration

When a ticket is created for an event – is an actual product also created within WooCommerce that can be edited within WooCommerce?

Hi Jacqui,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Events Tickets Plus (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/), when a ticket is created on your site, it also becomes a product in WooCommerce (or any other compatible e-commerce solution that you choose).  This allows you to edit the ticket either within Events Tickets Plus, or within WooCommerce itself.

Can the ticket also be purchased within WooCommerce itself or has the purchase got to be made within the Events Calendar event page?

Hi Jacqui,

The ticket is purchased through WooCommerce itself.  You can put the tickets page on any page or post type that you would like, so it wouldn’t necessarily have to be a page with the Events Calendar.
