    Seems we may have a bug with our event calendar or there is something strange happening – and we are at the point of pulling out hair out on this one. lol

    We are having to edit 1 out of every three events posted to our calendar to correct the dates. It seems when people enter the start and end time (Example: Dec 4 11 am to December 4th at 1 pm) then enter a recurring option, it changes the end time of the event and creates so many duplicates of the event.

    The event “Bears on the Move – A Teddy Bear Christmas” repeats itself over and over (it is the same event under recurring) and it seems to add one for each day and extends the end time by one day.

    We are hoping someone can test to see if there is a bug that needs to be fixed or help us come up with a solution. Editing events every day is driving me bonkers!

    Hello Mike,

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry about this recurring issue.

    I was trying to test this, but didn’t manage to recreate the scenario yet. I set up an event for a date, then entered a daily recurrence and all was created fine.

    What could happen is a misunderstanding from the submitter’s point of view.

    For example they want to put in an event that is recurring from Dec 1 to Dec 4, and is every day from 11am to 1pm.

    So for the start date they enter Dec 1, for the end date Dec 4. Then they set it up as a recurring event for daily recurrence. Could this be it?

    Could you possibly try to recreate the issue? If you manage please share with me the exact steps you are doing, so I can also try to recreate.
