Events pushed out to social

Is there a way to enter an event in the events calendar plugin through WordPress and have that entry get published to various social accounts? For instance create an event on Facebook?

Hi Stacey

Unfortunately Facebook makes it pretty hard to integrate like that. I’m not aware of any 3rd party tools that can generate a Facebook event. Our Event Aggregator plugin works the other way around to import events from Facebook.

You could see if any social media tools, like Hootsuite, will allow you to schedule posts using your event RSS feed. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/ can explain RSS further.
