Events Pro Plugin Will Not Update

I am stuck on version 2.0.7 of Pro, and it won’t update. I have tried updating from the plugin directory and through the Dashboard > Update. It goes through the prompts and provides and updated successfully message, but it is still 2.0.7. Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

Do you still have a valid license? You can check this by going to Account Central > License Keys in the upper right corner of our website. Please make sure your license is still valid. If it is and you still can’t update, try manually updating by downloading the plugin and uploading the files and folders.

Thanks, that helped, but the update caused a problem with my dropdown menus in the navigation. None of them work anymore. Is this a js issue?

Hi Michael,

It looks like you’re running a pretty old version of jQuery in your theme (1.4.4). This is probably the issue. Can you update that as well?
