ParticipantHello,
Today, I tried deactivating and activating all plugins on my wp install to figure out which plugings show down my site.
After reactivating all plugings, the /events page renders a 404.-I have tried flushing permalinks, with no result.
-I have tried deactivating all other plugins except events calendar, events calendar pro, events tickets and event tickets plus
-the single event pages do work, see http://maakbaar.org/event/delft-makers-meetup/2016-06-08/
-I have tried the -testing for conflict- steps, without resultI have added the debug function in functions.php, to aid in the debugging process.
The web address is http://www.maakbaar.org/events or http://www.maakbaar.org/events?tribe_query_debug=true
Could you assist me in getting my events page up and running again?
Thanks

MemberGood evening Jasper and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about that the events page renders a 404 on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.I have a few follow-up questions to try to troubleshoot this further.
You mentioned that you went through the testing for a conflict procedure. Can you confirm if you’ve tried switching themes as well?
More specifically, have you tried reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as 2015?Finally, could you go to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for the events template Drop down menu?
Hang in there as we try to figure this one out
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
I did change themes, I used 2016.
Your second remark led me to solving the issue.
In the list of “Enable event views” the List-view was not selected, while my ‘Default view’ was set at List. Not sure how this happened, I can’t remember changing any of these settings prior to the 404.
Thanks for the pointers.

MemberGood afternoon Jasper,
I am mostly glad you managed to solve this.
Thank you for sharing that “List” was not checked (even though it was supposed to be the default view.I am not sure how that came about either, but it will come in handy if other people report similar issues.
You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!
Geoff B.
