The events page at http://www.westernlegendsroundup.com/events/category/shows/, when you go to the “next” page for the listing, doesn’t show all the events that are available. Can you tell me what setting I need to change to show all the events? I’ve compared events that show with events that don’t and I can’t see any differences in their back-end settings.

Hi there, Rob! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here. Let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening here together. 🙂

First off, can you send me a link to an event that should be displaying in that list but is currently not? If you see the event in your WordPress admin (Events > All Events), then you can hover over the event in question and click the View link to get the URL.

That will help give me an example of what we should be looking at. 🙂

    Cheers!

Yes. Since I sent this, all my events have now appeared under Shows.

However, the one event still not showing as part of the WooCommerce products is http://www.westernlegendsroundup.com/event/quilt-raffle/. I first created this as an event, with WooTickets adding these as products to WooCommerce. I don’t know if you can help with that, or not.

It is supposed to be part of two product categories: Raffles and Tickets. But it doesn’t appear in either of those.

Hi Rob, thanks for following up!

Oh good, I’m glad the category view for Shows is working properly. Thanks for confirming.

The other event seems to appear correctly in the Raffles event category as well: http://www.westernlegendsroundup.com/events/category/raffles/

It looks as though you have properly categorized the event, but have you gone into WooCommerce and categorized the ticket?

    Cheers!

I figured out why those two tickets weren’t appearing. It wasn’t the categorization. It was that darn Catalog Visibility setting for the WooCommerce product that always defaults to “Hide”. Wish I could make it default to “Catalog/Search”. What good is a hidden product?

    Thanks for your help.

Please feel free to start a new thread if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help.
