Events page not available in List view

    Hi there,
    In Events Settings > Display, when I select the Default view as ‘List’, the Events page is no longer available. The following message appears: “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”
    If I change the Default view back to Month, the events calendar is then displayed.
    We only have one event, which is in three months time, so the month view is no use to us. I need to use the List view.
    I have disabled all other plugins.
    Oddly, the first time I tried the List default view, it worked fine and displayed. But for some reason, I can no longer get it to work.
    I would prefer a fix, but a work around would be to remove the ‘« All events’ link on the event page, so a customer can no longer navigate to the Events page at all. So please advise how to do this as well.
    Also, is it possible to make an actual event page as the home page? If so, how would I do this? We are using the plugin to sell tickets for a single event.
    Theme used is Mystile 1.2.13 by WooThemes. Site is currently only live in the backend.

    Hi, howardpw. I’m sorry to hear your experiencing this issue with the Calendar List View.

    You are correct here, guys – we dropped the ball when this got moved and I apologize for failing you on that end. I’ve reprioritized this with one of our more dev-minded support specialists and will have him get you a reply here in as timely a fashion as possible. (Since it’s outstanding, know this is among our most urgent support tickets at the moment and we’ll treat it like such in scheduling our replies).

    @corymc: I’d really appreciate it if you could create a new thread of your own – though you’re more than welcome to monitor this one and see if any of the suggestions help in your case – simply because it’s entirely possible the underlying cause is actually quite different (than it is for howardpw).

    : I do note that when you opened this thread you marked that you had tried both disabling all other plugins and reverting to a default, unmodified theme.

    After reading your initial post though I just want to double check that you did indeed follow both of those steps (ie, you also switched to a theme such as Twenty Twelve) and if so what was the outcome of this in relation to the problem?

    @Barry, sure I guess it could be a separate issue, but I’m running the same theme, same version, I’ve deactivated all other plugins and the issue remains. If you’d like to see, head over to http://race-epic.com/wordpress/calendar/

    Can you confirm if you ran through the same troubleshooting steps as I outlined for Howard? That is, with all other plugins still deactivated have you tried switching to a default, unmodified theme (and so is this a conflict with your particular theme)?

    @Barry, It WAS a problem with the mystile theme… but with the new update its fixed!!! THANKS!!!
