Events page is suddenly blank but individual event links still work

Hi, I’m in need of some urgent help! Nothing has changed with our site (no new plugins, updates, etc) yet all of a sudden our events page is showing up blank. The individual event links still work, and the shortcodes we use on other pages are stilling working to display the events, but the actual events page is just blank.

I’ve tried updating a couple small settings in the Events plugin (this fixed it once before when this happened) and I’ve tried clearing the cache, but nothing seems to be fixing it this time.

Hi Tessa!

I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

I am able to see you main events page in the link you provided. Were you able to solve this issue?

If you are still having problems, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
