    When I browse to http://upstairslounge.net/z1/events/, I can see the full calendar view. This is perfect.

    What I want to do is add a link to this page in my main navigation bar. I am very new to WordPress and The Events Calendar, so I apologize if this question has already been asked. I may not be asking the right question when I search for answers.

    To link from the menu in WordPress you can use the custom link option as outlined here:
