ParticipantHello,
We are using events calendar pro for this calendar:
http://healthebay.org/eventsList is the default view. The events show in the correct order on the first page, but if you click to the Next Page, you’ll notice all the events are out of order. If you click Previous Page to go back to the beginning, that first page is also out of order. If you refresh while in a paged page, the events are magically back in order but they’ll go back to being out of order.
I found there was a conflict with NSP Code’s Post Types Order plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/) and deactivated it for now to make the calendar work properly. (I turned off auto sort so it wouldn’t interfere with other post types.)
Weirdly enough, we have a staging version of our site that is running Events Calendar (not pro, just the regular version) and also has Post Types Order activated, but that calendar is paging just fine. So I’m not sure if this is something that affects only the pro version and calendars with recurring events?
We do need Post Types Order for other post types, so if you could help us out, that would be great. Thanks!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
Sorry to hear you’ve run into a conflict with the Post Types Order plugin. We are unfortunately unable to much in this instance. Reason being is if we were to solve every conflict with every theme and plugin, we’d look like a much different company.
I know it’s not ideal, but might I recommend looking into other plugins that might achieve what Post Types Order does, but doesn’t conflict with the order of events? Based on some quick research, I found another user ran into a similar issue and Intuitive Custom Post Type Order seemed to work out for them.
Sorry I can’t do more in this situation. For what we are able to cover, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Thanks for understanding and best of luck resolving the conflict. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
