Events Option in WordPress Menu disappeared

Hi,

I have had The Events Calendar plugin and Events Calendar Pro running successfully without any issue for a while and up until a few days ago was able to successfully add and edit events.

However, today I have come to edit events and found that the “Events” link/option in the events menu in WordPress has disappeared. I have access to Tags, Settings, Help and Event Add-ons as menu items but not the events themselves any longer.

I have followed the steps advised to test for conflicts by turning off all plugins except for The Events Calendar plugin (I also deactivated the Events Calendar PRO plugin too), activated only the WP theme Twenty Seventeen, and cleared my cache and still the “Events > Events” menu hasn’t come back?

Any help gratefully received.

To get started, could you please make sure that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date? Latest versions are 4.6.12 and 4.4.24.2, respectively.

If the issue persists after the update, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your Dashboard. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.
