Events not viewable after purchase

    Hi there.

    I wondered if you help me figure out this issue. After buying a ticket, (creating an account with password), if I go back to the home page, none of my Events display. I thought this might be a problem with the theme, but the support team says no, and to ask you guys. I have a feeling Events Tickets and Visual Composer Roles are to blame. All my purchasers have accounts created as customers, but the VC plugin can’t assign ‘customer’ accounts to its settings.

    Here are my exact steps:

    – Log out of the site and go to http://2016.shutter-bugs.co.uk/event/free
    – add one ticket
    – tick the box to not be added to the public list
    – click ‘add to cart’
    – click ‘proceed to checkout’
    – Complete the form and tick ‘create an account’
    – Add a password
    – click ‘Place order’
    – Once the page refreshes saying the order has been received, click the logo and go to the homepage

    None of the Post Grid Events load for me.

    Now if I mouse over the ‘My Account’ link in the navigation, and scroll to log out, I get the Post Grid content back.

    I’m Windows/Chrome btw.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    To clarify on this one, it sounds like you have a section on the homepage built using Visual Composer to display a grid of events. There is some sort of conditional applied to this section to modify who can see the contents of this component? With that set, “customers” are unable to see the contents of that grid?
