ParticipantHi, I’ve added more Events yesterday through the admin panel, and now I’m unable to see the Events list. The list just says: No events found, even if I click on Published (4200) or Trash (10). I’ve pasted the code you posted for other users having this problem on my functions.php file, but nothing changed. I’ve raised the MySQL.cnf settings and isn’t working either.
How can we fix this?

ParticipantHowdy smazzoni,
Good call on checking your SQL limits. I would have wondered that too. Sometimes this happens because of our APM filters at the top. Here are some common troubleshooting steps for that problem. In particular #3 might fix things for you.
Have a look at this screenshot of my Events Admin area. I have highlighted 4 things.
- When you click Screen Options in the upper right of the admin area, you will see this box. Is this set to a high enough value, something like 20 or more events?
- You can ignore this, you already answered that question.
- What happens when you click the Clear button. Does that fix the problem?
- Is this box empty? Can you try typing in a keyword that should appear in one of your events. Do they show up?
If that does not work, I want to clarify something. Are the events showing up on the front end and not the back end, or vice versa?
Please let me know if you have any further questions. If not, mind answering the above? Thanks!

ParticipantHi Brook, I’ve tried 1, 2, 3. I don’t have a search box maybe because isn’t showing Events. Nothing worked. Events are correctly showed on the front end, and they were working fine on the Admin Panel days ago.
I’ve seen that if I go to any Event Category, then click on the number of Events under that category it shows correctly these linked events. Maybe this can help you with the diagnose.

ParticipantHowdy smazzoni,
Thanks for letting me know what you’ve tried. I’m sad that we were not able to fix it. At this point we might be hitting a server resource limit, probably unrelated to query length. But there is one other giant possibility.
Would it be possible for you to test if this is one of the customizations to your site that might be conflicting? This guide will help you test if something is conflicting. If something is, it then walks you through identifying what is conflicting. Once we know that we can work towards a fix. If that does not work, can you try contacting your host to see if you arerunning afoul of any server limits? Or, perhaps copy the site over to a local test server and see if it works there? I realize this is not an option for everyone, but if it is for you it could save a lot of time isolating the problem.
