Events not showing up in "Listings" tab

I’m a purchaser and user of your Events Calendar Pro. I’ve used your calendar for six months now, and only in the past week or so have I noticed this problem. Whenever I enter events into the system, they don’t show up in the “Event List” section of calendar unless I’m signed into the dashboard.

I’ll give you an example. Here’s a listing that’s entered into my calendar:

However, go here to my full calendar. While it appears in the “Calendar” view, it doesn’t in the “Event List” view:

I checked all the obvious places to make sure the posts are published, marked as visible, etc., and I haven’t added any other plugins between the time the calendar was working fine and now that it isn’t. I can’t figure out why this is happening.

This is a HUGE problem for me—my calendar is the most popular feature on my site, and I need the listings to be accurate, complete and, most important, visible to the public. Please take a look and offer any help you can give me to solve this.

Is it possible that for that specific event (and others that are affected) the Hide From Upcoming Events List checkbox (in the listing editor) has been checked?

Just want to be sure on that (I appreciate you said you’ve already checked the usual settings) before we proceed with other troubleshooting steps 🙂

Yep – unchecked .. And it’s happening with any listing entered since I first noticed the problem. So it’s not just a single listing. All previous entries, though, remain visible.

Do you have a caching plugin active that perhaps has only been installed/enabled recently?
