Events not appearing

There are 9 events (that should show as upcoming) in the website

If you go here https://kidsofbath2.cibdesign.co.uk/events/photo/ or here https://kidsofbath2.cibdesign.co.uk/events/list/ only 5 events appear !!!

However if you use the reset filters button at the bottom of the filter bar all 9 events then show!

Obviously we would expect all 9 events to show without having to reset the filter.

Hi there!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the events showing. I will try to help you get this sorted.

When looking at both the calendar links you posted, I see a total of 8 events. Clicking the “reset filter” button does not affect how many events show for me.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Viewing in an incognito window? Opening in another browser?

Hello Sky

Many thanks – you must have looked just after we managed to resolve the issue. It was to do with Divi setting a number of posts to view in various views (e.g. archive view set to 5); which we have now consistently set to 12 in all places that we can!
