Events Menu in WP Dashboard is NOT showing 'Add New', 'Events', 'Venues', etc.

Hello,

We’ve moved our site from one hosting account to another recently (same domain name) and now the EVENTS section of the WP dashboard is now only showing

Tags
Settings
Ticket Fieldsets
Help
Event Add-ons

We’re no longer able to see the items like “Events”, “Add New”, “Event Categories”, “Venues”, etc.

We have licensed versions of Events Calendar Pro an Events Ticketing Plus. When you go to the events page, you can see the events are there… but cannot see/access/add new events from within the WP Dashboard.

Any suggestions / help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Will send attachments of the menu item as we see it.

Also of note, not able to access/view attendees, any of the courses (that are there and visible on the live site, etc). It’s like completely not visible as it was previously, in the WP Dashboard area. Help!

Howdy affinityre,

Thanks for getting back. By “got it” I’m guessing you fixed it, which is great news! If you do still need help please let me know, happy to help.

For anyone with a similar issue my first suspect would be that The Events Calendar  (not Events Calendar Pro ) is not active on your site. I’d double check that it is installed and active in WP Admin > Plugins. You might even try reinstalling the plugin, just in case some files went missing when it moved to the new server.
