I am using the Events List widget to display category listings on this page: https://kinesiology.co.uk/course-dates/. A lot of the events are displaying as Fri 10 (today’s date) rather than the event date. Other listings are displaying fine, it’s just the date box on the widget that has a bug.
Worked out it’s because the events have already started (they take place over many days). Not a bug, but also not a great way of displaying.

Ah yes, sorry about that. We’ve had feedback on both fronts where there is strong favor for displaying in-progress events or strong opposition to it.
It is an interesting idea nonetheless. I went ahead and created a ticket in our system to check it out further to see if we might be able to create an extension that would allow you to choose how in-progress events are treated. No promises that we’ll be build it, but we’ll certainly look at it.

GeoffThanks, it would definitely be useful to have a way of highlighting a long event already in progress. For the time being I have hidden the date box altogether in the CSS.
