ParticipantHi see that this happened to another user but the topic is closed and I don’t see an answer.
On the Events List page, the previous link doesn’t work and just stays on the same page.
Can someone help?

ParticipantI just tried the site again with the 2011 theme and the previous link worked. However, we want to use the Passage them. Is there a workaround?

MemberHello aparsvp,
Thanks for contacting us. Since this is a theme conflict, I’m not sure we’ll be able to help you much, sorry.
I’m not entirely sure what is happening here, but the action on the link is to snap up to the top. Maybe the theme is adding a js setting to stop the typical action (move browser to page)? The link hrefs look correct from what I can tell.
I would contact the theme provider. Since we know it works with Twentyeleven, there isn’t much we can do.
Even if you manually add additional links with the ‘tribe_get_previous_events_link()’ and ‘tribe_get_next_events_link()’ I’m not sure it will help. The theme js may override those too.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

ParticipantHi,
Same problem for me. In list mode.
(how can you sale this 60 USD and leave so basic bugs ?)September 2, 2014 at 2:27 pm #717745Laura Chen-Schultz
Participant@casey – After researching further, I don’t think this is a theme issue anymore. It’s actually a bug in your plugin. I hope your team can fix it soon. The preview/next links on events list view do not work. However, if I use the dropdown to go to “week” view, previous/next links work and then if I go back to “list” view again, previous/next links magically still work. It just doesn’t work if the default view is list view.

ParticipantI confirm, it’s not a theme issue. It’s plugin bug. Please fix it.

ParticipantHowdy APA,
I am trying to reproduce this to the best of my ability. I have list view setup as the default. I am on List view clicking << Previous. On your site event the Next >> link is not working. Yet, on every other site and server I have tested, which is quite a few, those links work great!
One of the few differences between my test environment and yours is that you are running some unique plugins and of course your theme. If you are 1000% sure it is not the theme, then it would be worth checking your plugins as well. We have an easy to follow guide on testing for these sorts of things.
Ygirod, would you mind following the same conflict test and seeing what happens?
I do want to help you guys. But, I am unable to reproduce it after spending some time trying. Furthermore, in the 100s of hours we have spent testing and developing the plugin not one member of the team has reported this problem either. Thus, having you guys text for conflicts is the next step, as there is a huge probability that is the problem. Once we know what is conflicting we can look into a fix.
