Events list and event info gone

We just realized our main events page is gone! When you click our “UPCOMING EVENTS” at the top of our page it takes you to a random singular event. As well the event info is gone for the events. From what we can see nothing on our end has changes and settings in Event Calendar and event Calendar pro are unchanged as well. Suggestions?

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

From what I can see in your site, single event pages are also borked. Unfortunately I’m not sure what might be causing this glitch, and some troubleshooting will be required to get more information about this.

Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

Nico followed instructions with no luck from plug-ins or theme. Best we can tell it was in last update from events calendar.

Thanks for following up Clint!

Can you try to re-save the calendar display settings (WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Save Changes)? This helped customers in the past having slightly different issues. Might help here as well.

If the above doesn’t work try downgrading the plugin to a past version that you know it was working or update to the just released maintenance release and see if it’s fixed. In any case (downgrade / upgrade) be sure to flush permalinks after re-installing the plugins (WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes).
