Events List Advanced Widget Changing View All Events Text

I would like to change the ” View All Events ” Text in the Events List Advanced Widget to “View all Classes” where would I find the file to edit this?

Hi Christina –

That aspect of the widget isn’t easily configurable and so you would either need to create an English-language translation of ‘View All Events’ (a good overview of the basics involved in that process can be found here) or else build a new widget to replace it.

(A third option – editing the core files directly – is possible though we wouldn’t really recommend it. If you want to do that you could edit events-calendar-pro/lib/widget-list.class.php around line 70.)

Thanks for the response. Regarding the third option, do you mean “widget-advanced-list.class.php” ? I’m not seeing the “Widget-list.class.php” file. Also I’m only seeing 67 lines of code..

Apologies Christina – substitute the-events-calendar for events-calendar-pro (it’s actually in the core plugin).
