    Events Calendar Plugin 4.6
    Wordpress 4.8.2

Everything is done in a new installation so their should be no conflicts.

Theme is default twenty twelve (modified)

Basically the event is missing on the monthly view of the calendar when the schedule is not filling the entire monthly view.

    Test Scenario Dates:
    September 10, 2017 – October 10, 2017 (all day event) – https://imgur.com/KxNunjh
    September 10, 2017 – November 5, 2017 (all day event) – https://imgur.com/UfO0IbJ
    September 10, 2017 – November 4, 2017 (all day event) – https://imgur.com/HvWR48K

Do you think you can fix this issue early? We are in a tight spot.

    Hello Kernel,

Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out!

I tested this and it does look like we have a bug in our plugin. I already filed a report on this and flagged it to the team with priority. Since this is fresh I cannot yet say when this is going to be fixed. I should be able to give you an update early next week.

I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    Thanks again and cheers,
    Andras

    Hi Kernel,

A developer jumped on it almost right away. The fix still needs to go through some testing, but if all goes according to plan the fix will come out with the next maintenance release in 2-3 weeks max. Just hang in there. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Andras

I’m sorry to keep you waiting for that long.

We usually publish a maintenance release every two weeks with a whole bunch of fixes.

Once a fix is developed it goes through 2-3 rounds of rigorous testing to make sure that 1) it works and 2) we don’t introduce new bugs.

Another piece of good news is that the fix has been developed and passed already the first round of tests. So there is a super high chance it will come with the next MR. Thanks for your continued patience!

    Cheers,
    Andras

    Hi Kernel,

A developer did a fix which successfully passed the first test. It needs to go through one more round of test, if it passes it will be released with the next MR, hopefully later this week. Hang in there, fix is on the way.

    Cheers,
    Andras
