    Our Google calendars that are scheduled imports every 30mins are showing either a yellow clock or a red exclamation point next to the calendars.

    What do these mean and what do we need to fix them?

    When hovering my mouse over the red exclamation point, it reads “Import Failed: The daily limit of 1 import requests to the Event Aggregator service has been reached. Please try again later.

    Haveing valid licences for Event Calendar Pro shouldn’t we have more than just one daily limit import request? We need our calendars to update every 30min.

    Are we going about it the wrong way?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue. To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help and send us a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status? Do you see any errors in there?

    I would also recommend you to remove and recreate the scheduled imports that are failing and let us know if the problem is solved after that.
