Events have a four hour difference

I’ve imported our sites events into a Google Calendar and the times are correct. But when I then import the google calendar ical feed into our mobile app it adds four hours to all events. Our WordPress site timezone is set to America/New_York and the server timezone is set to UTC. The google calendar link is: https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=r8gtou2ajsd1vjumr7stchhmoge8j00c%40import.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York

The google calendar is set to (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time.

The time difference between the WordPress install and server time is four hours. Could that difference somehow be caring over to the app? Is there a way to get the server time and WordPress install to be the same zone?

First off, I just want to clarify the flow of the events to make sure I’m understanding the issue correctly. Let me know if any of the following is incorrect:

1. <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>You’ve exported the events using the iCal export on your site (https://cloudup.com/cs7gHRd8cux)</span>
2. You’ve imported the import from (1) into your Google Calendar
3. You then export from your Google Calendar and import this feed into your mobile app

That’s when the 4 hour difference shows up for your events?
