Events disappear after update to TEC 4.6.11

Sorry I dont have my clients account login so posting this here until I get it from them. this bug in the known issues. After updating to the latest version of the plugin 4.6.12 and Pro plugin 4.4.24.2 the issue still exists, our posts are still missing from the calendar month view. How do we fix this if it is supposed to be resolved.
