Events calendar won't update even when i delete old events

[Events Calendar not updating]

We use your events calendar and have been for a while with no issues, it is a great plugin. We started having issues a few weeks ago when I deleted old events and added new ones it doesn’t show the new events on the events page. We contacted our web guy and he couldn’t fix it and suggested we contact our hosting company so we did and they said that we should contact you. I can send you the transcript from our hosting company if that helps.
