    Hello,

    My license doesn’t expire until 2017 and yet the plugin won’t auto update. Enclosed are screenshots. Please advise. Thank you!

    We are sorry to hear about the struggles you are facing while trying to update your plugin.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I would recommend (after a database backup) the following:

    1. Disconnect the license from your website: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
    2. Making sure the license is disconnected as well in https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/
    3. Manually deactivate and delete the Events Calendar Pro (there will not be any loss of data)
    4. Grab a copy of the latest version of the Events Calendar Pro here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
    5. Install it using the “Add plugin” interface
    6. Activate it and enter your license key

    Normally, that should fix things.
