ParticipantHi i am having an issue with Events Calendar Pro and Headway 2.0.15 working together…whenever i activate the Calendar plugin it causes my site to stop working. I saw an old post in regards to this, wondering what the best way to get support now. Thanks.

MemberI’m sorry you’re experiencing problems.
Unfortunately issues with Headway have cropped up periodically and it’s a sufficiently atypical theme in terms of how it is structured (not to say there is anything fundamentally wrong with it by any means) that it is difficult for us to provide as comprehensive support as we might with other themes.
Can you confirm exactly what issues you are facing, though?

ParticipantWhen I activate Events Calendar plug-in it results in my main home page being WHITE only…. other pages that don’t have a Headway menu bar unlike the Home page are still displayed correctly….but home isn’t. When I deactivate it corrects the issue.

MemberOK. Are you comfortable editing wp-config.php? If you change:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );To:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );And re-test do you see any error messages and can you share them here if so? It might provide some extra insights. Also, can I ask you if this happens only with The Events Calendar activated – or does it occur when you subsequently activate Events Calendar PRO?
Thanks!

ParticipantError messages below. It happens when I activate the The Events Calendar and the same issue happens if I then activate The Events Calendar PRO. My webhost tells me the memory I have is large and they cannot increase again.

MemberOK, unfortunately nothing obvious is jumping out there in relation to The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO but thanks for sharing. On this occasion, especially given Headway is not a theme where we can offer too much assistance, it may be worth speaking to the Headway team themselves (I’m guessing this doesn’t happen if you switch to a different theme?) or ultimately even consider using the services of a suitable freelance developer.
Sorry we can’t do more here.
