I upgraded the Events Calendar Pro plugin yesterday and I have just been working through to work out why I was no longer able to add downloadable woocommerce products, the product image upload page had changed totally. It seems when I disable this plugin everything works fine.

    Hi Luke,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out.

Events Calendar Pro should be compatible with WooCommerce (this is one of the supported platforms for Event Tickets Plus), and so far, I have not been able to recreate this issue locally. Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing on your WooCommerce page?

Can you also try dropping down to a default environment with Twenty Seventeen enabled and all other plugins besides WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and Events Calendar Pro disabled to see if you are still running into this issue then? If not, then try enabling your theme and each of the other plugins (one at a time) until the issue reappears. Make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any errors that you see here.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
