Events Calendar Pro stopped working

    I renewed my license for Events Calendar Pro in Dec 2015, but in the last two weeks Events Calendar Pro stopped being available on our site. I can no longer do recurring events, and the Calendar doesn’t display. I can’t even see Events Calendar on our Widget menu. I am trying to determine if this is a problem on your end, my end, or our web host. It was working perfectly for the past year, and I added no new plugins. Thanks. Ted Marcy

    Hey Ted,

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. Can you confirm your licenses match found at http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys to what you have entered under Events > Settings > Licenses?

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I am not sure what happened, but The Events Calendar PRO started working again after confirming my license was valid, that the current versions of the plugins were installed (even tried to reinstall). I did hit deactivate and then reactivate and maybe that is what did it. But I also contacted our webhost (United MEthodist Communications) about the problem, and perhaps they did something as well. Whatever, the full functionality is back. What a relief.
