Hello.

I would like to renew out license and have been very confused as to why the price is what it is at checkout. Last years renewal for a $175 and this year it is $451.

We purchased a developers license which does not seem to be available anymore. The account page tells us to purchase 3 different types of licenses.

I would like some assistance in which is the correct license and how much the cost should be for that upgrade.

Thanks for getting in touch and excellent questions. I’m definitely happy to help you out here with renewals.

You’re right: the Developer license has since been discontinued and we now have four levels available:

• Personal – 1 site installation
• Business – 3 site installations
• Agency – 10 site installations
• Unlimited – as many installations as you would like

Since you had the Developer license before, then I think that either Business or Agency would closest to what you’re looking for. Let me know which one fits best and I would be happy to provide you with a discount that would match the proper renewal price for that specific license.
