    Hi,

    I did a recent update on ECP, and the recurring event options are no longer available on the add new events page. I went to verify my license key, but I can’t find the field to enter it in Settings > TEC anymore. Please advise.

    @Cooper, it sounds like the newly downloaded Events Calendar PRO is not active. Check in your plugin settings to make sure ECP is activated.

    Hi,

    It’s definitely active. We’ve had two of our developers look at this and come up empty. I don’t think we made any obvious mistakes.

    Do you see all 5 tabs in TEC settings page?

    I’m running into the same problem. Both plugins active. I only see three tabs in the settings page: General, Template and Help.

    Interestingly, this didn’t happen with another installation.

    Only 3 tabs showing would indicate that ECP is not active. While waiting for Rob to chime in you might try reinstalling ECP. I don’t know if this will work but it’s a good starting point for troubleshooting.

    Figured out what the problem is. I had PRO 2.03 (didn’t get a message to update it; I did for regular version), so I manually upgraded to 2.07 and issue is now fixed.

    We did a clean uninstall & reinstall & all is well. Andy was right, EC Pro was not activated.
