Events Calendar Pro Personal edition

Good morning,
This has still not been resolved. I bought recently a licence key for Events Calendar Pro Personal edition. This replaced my Pro edition. I still cannot put the licence key in for this client. Please look at the attached files. Please assist in this matter as a matter of urgency.

Can you show me a screenshot of Events » Settings » Licenses where you are trying to enter the key?
