GuestHi,
I’m uncertain about the license that comes with Events Calendar Pro;
The “Personal” states Get updates & support for a year on 1 site.
Does this mean I can only use it on one site, or am I able to use it on multiple just without updates & support? If I’m not interested
in the support or updates and am happy with the current version, does that license allow me to use it on more than one site?March 15, 2017 at 4:51 pm #1254804Geoff
MemberHey Nick,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Great question. A license grants you access to support (posting threads here in our premium forums) and enables automatic plugin updates when the license is registered to your site.
And, yes, the Personal license grants those for a single site.
Thats said, there’s noting that prevents you from using the plugin on multiple sites. You just will be unable to access support for that site or enable automatic updates.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

GuestThat it does, thank you!
I assume that based on that info, once that 1 year is up I can freely continue to use the product, I just won’t be able to update it unless I renew/purchase a license?March 16, 2017 at 6:46 am #1255013Geoff
MemberHey Nick,
Yeah, that’s exactly correct. You will most certainly be able to continue using the plugin in its current state once the license expires.
On that note, I will say that I would avoid updating The Events Calendar when your license expires too. We recommend keeping the versions in sync with one another the ensure full compatibility, so keeping them at the same version will ensure everything keeps working as smoothly as possible. 🙂
Did you have any other questions about licensing? Let me know and I’d be happy to help.
Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
