    Hi,

You have kindly given my organisation the use of Events Calendar Pro for free, however I have been having issues trying to use it. For example the recurrence tick box is not appearing so we cannot create recurring events.

I currently have Events Calendar PRO 3.3 and I am using Events Calendar 3.0.3, I have tried using more recent versions of Events Calendar, however my theme (Incarnation) does not like it and I get the following message “Nothing Found Sorry, no posts matched your criteria”

If I was to use Events Calendar Pro 3.0.3 (if there is one) would that fix my issue?
I would as this question on the Events Calendar Pro forum, but being an organisation I do not have a license key.
    Thanks
    James

    Hi James,

I’m sorry your having some troubles with the plugin, but part of the free-for-non-profits deal was that there was no support included. You could try looking for a solution on the site here or asking your question on the WordPress.org forum (http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar). Or if you really need some assistance, we’d ask that you purchase a copy of the plugin and then you’d have full access to the support forums here.

    I hope you understand.

(Hint: There’s a version 3.4 that you might want to ask for.)
