    I changed the default URL to “/calendar”. However “/events” still defaults to the events calendar. I would like to use “/events” for another purpose not related to the events calendar.

    How can I change it so that “/events” does not load the Events Calendar?

    Hi Loretta

    Can you first try flushing your permalink rules?

    Settings » Permalinks » Save Changes (even without making any changes).

    Let me know if that works.
