    Hi:

    here’s the production site:
    http://few.modernmediajapan.com/

    1. I’ve got members of the community assigned different privileges, mainly because only selected people can have access to member data via the normal dashboard (i.e., selected people can see and work with the Users and S2Member Pro sections)
    2. SuperAdmin users use the normal dashboard, so they are able to post events.
    3. Board Members are restricted, using the User Role Editor plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/ to writing and publishing their posts, but they don’t see the normal complete dashboard.

How can I get Events Calendar Pro to show up like a normal post?
I’m hoping there’s just a bit of code needed.
I’m afraid you’re going to say I need to hire a dev, and if you do, do you have any recommendations?
I’m under budget and time pressure, so any help or advice you can give will be great. I’m trying to do as much as possible on my own using your tutorials, but some things are way over my head…

    thanks!

    best,

    Terri

    Hi:

just to update: I reinstalled the roles plugin on a whim, and it worked! regular board members can now write Events posts from their limited Dashboard. It’s not perfect, but the raw functionality does work.

    thanks!

Ah, excellent to hear you got this figured out Terri. So it sounds like you’re all set? Let me know if not, or if we can do anything else down the road.
