    Hi, my installation of Events Calendar Pro accepts the license key I enter it, and gives the green expiration date notification. When reloading the page, the key is not there; nor am I able to update the Pro plugin. Dashboard also states that “There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key has not been entered. Please go to the Events > Settings > Licenses tab to enter your license key.”

    I have disconnected the key from the domain, and entered the key again. The site is then registered under my account, but the key is still not saved at my site.

    Hi Pasi. Thanks for your detailed question.

    After seeing the green message, you then also need to click the “Save” button at the bottom of that Settings page.

    If you do it correctly, the next time you load that page the license key will already be saved in there.
