    Good day to whom it may concern,

    I purchased Pro on 11/30/2015 I had it installed and working great on my site. I added the ticketing feature and loved it. That is until my site updated and all of a sudden I ended up with this: The following plugins are out of date: The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets 3.12.1. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version

    At which time I tried to log into my account and it would not let me. Even after trying to have my password reset. The system will not send/email me a new link or instructions on how to re-set or log into my account so that I can find my licenses key so that I can get htis thing working again.

    Any help would be appriciated.
