Events Calendar not respecting WP date format settings

Hello. In the general settings of my WP installation the date format is set as follows: 28 janvier 2015 (day, month, year). This is correct for a French installation. However, Events Calendar Pro is not respecting the specified date setting. My events have “septembre 12” or month, day, which is wrong in French. (examples: http://dev.challengeat.ca/evenement/marchons-courons-a-trecesson-2/ or http://dev.challengeat.ca/evenements/liste/ )(please note that the dev. subdomain is my development site where I test updates before they go live, the license is of course for the main site).

This usually only happens if the event is a 1-day event. For a multi-day event (example: http://dev.challengeat.ca/evenement/defi-100-milles-2/) the date settings are respected most of the time; they display correctly EXCEPT under the “End” (“Fin” in French) date in the “Details”.

Can you explain why the date from the WP General Settings are not respected and how/when we can fix this error?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the first place.

In our plugin Settings » Display you would have some options on changing the date/time display. You can see where they are in the screenshot below:

If changing that options doesn’t solve your issue, please reply here and I will try to solve your issue.
