Events Calendar Missing Cost section

I have Events calendar (Free) version 4.5.10 and posted an event. The published version shows the event with a cost of $0 (Free).
There is no option to edit the cost. Is this via a paid plugin?
How can I remove the cost label and value altogether? or edit the field to contact the value?
