ParticipantThis weekend, we updated the site to https. Afterwards, we updated Event Calendar Pro to version 4.4.17. The event page itself works just fine: https://ideon.se/events/. But the widget we’ve added to the startpage (mini calendar widget) doesn’t work as it should. It displays the events, but the calendar looks all wrong (see attached screen shot). So, what can we do to fix this?

MemberHey Karin,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!
I’ve seen a few threads where users are reporting this exact same problem and after reviewing and comparing them, I believe this issue might be associated with a conflict between Page Builders (like yours) and The Events Calendar.
To confirm this, can you please temporarily change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let me know if the issue persists after that?
Also, can you please let me know if you did recently update your theme/Page builder?
If you downgrade The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to their previous versions, is the problem solved? (We have a case where the issue persists even after the plugin downgrade).
Please send us your test results so we can further investigate your case.
Thanks!
Patricia

ParticipantHi,
This is what I got back from the team helping me with our WordPress site:
To confirm this, can you please temporarily change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let me know if the issue persists after that?
Unfortunately not an option right now, can be done as a last resort. Also, can you please let me know if you did recently update your theme/Page builder?
Recently updated both theme, pagebuilder and your plugin, unfortunately all 3 done at once, which caused issues. We use the pagebuilder from siteorigin. If you downgrade The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to their previous versions, is the problem solved? (We have a case where the issue persists even after the plugin downgrade).
How can we access old versions of your plugin to downgrade? Do you have a recommended plugin version to downgrade to?September 29, 2017 at 6:54 am #1356699Patricia
MemberHi Karin!
Thanks for sending us further information on this! You can download the previous versions of our plugins by accessing your account. To get started, I would recommend you to downgrade only Events Calendar PRO to 4.4.16 and see how it goes. Please don’t forget to backup your site files before changing anything.
If you want us to run some tests from our end and further investigate this issue, I would suggest you to send us your theme/Page Builder files via Google Drive or Drop Box in a private reply.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best regards,
Patricia
