    Hi there

We’re getting an error when trying to install the events calendar. We already have events calendar pro installed, but it’s looking for events calendar. We have ver 3.8 downloaded, and on installation we get the error below… it looked like it had installed but then on activating we get the same problem. CAn someone please help?

    Regards

    George

    Hi George,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

It looks like it is not finding the files it needs to load.

Do you have the Events Calender installed and active? The Events Calendar Requires the core version of the plugin to work.

Please verify you have the core version installed and activated on your site.

    The Events Calendar

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks
