ParticipantI installed the plugin, Events Calendar Category Colors. I set it up to show different colors for different categories but nothing has changed. I am not sure what should be done. Is there a setting that I am missing?

Participantourcommunityplace,
Thanks for getting in touch. Can you try deactivating all other (non-Tribe) plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantCould you try reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this resolves the issue? I’m just trying to eliminate the third party theme that you’re using from the list of possible causes. Just give that a shot and let me know if it resolves the issue for you. Thanks! 🙂

ModeratorAre you sure the Category Colors plugin has been activated?

ParticipantYes. The categories show up after you go to the next month on the calendar but they are not formatted correctly and they have no colors.

ModeratorI know you have The Events Calendar plugin activated. Do you have The Events Calendar Category Colors plugin activated.
Can you send a screenshot of your Events Calendar Settings page?

ParticipantThanks for helping out here Andy!
ourcommunityplace,
Could you try Andy’s suggestion of sending a screenshot of your settings page? I would also recommend trying to revert to the default 2013 theme so I can determine if the issue is related to your theme or something else. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantourcommunityplace,
I was hoping that we could resolve this issue quickly, but it looks like it’s a bit more complicated than it first seemed. Since this is technically a third-party plugin, and not developed by us, would you mind posting in their support forums? I think they would have more experience to troubleshoot your issue than I do.Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantGreat! Since it looks like you’re all set here, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out, but feel free to start a new thread if you have further questions.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂
Cheers,
