Events are dissappearing…

Hello there,

I’m having quite a big issue. Some of my recurring events are completely gone after updating/changing them.

Yesterday I made a few basic updates on one of them, made sure I updated and saved the progress and then checked that it displayed correctly on the web. But today it’s vanished. Here’s the link to it:

I’m running WordPress 4.9.7 and Divi theme 3.10.1 with the following active plugins:

The Events Calendar 4.6.20.1
The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.29.2
The Events Calendar PRO Extension: Cleanup Recurring Events 1.0.0
The Events Calendar: Filter Bar 4.4.3 (License expired)

I’ve deactivated this one just now:

Delete Expired (The Events Calendar) Events 1.0

Any ideas of how to resolve this?

I’m sorry to hear that you have lost your recurring events after updating them.

First off, do you have a backup of your site so that you can revert to the version of your site where your events were present?

As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.  You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.

Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
